Returns Policy

Its important to us that you are 100% confident in making purchases from Mollys Online Pet Store. To this effect if you are unsatisfied with products purchased on our site we are happy to offer you a 100% refund on the price of the product once you notify us 14 days of reciept of the product and return the product, as per the Distant Selling Act.

Should you have reason to return an item please enclose your - Name, Address, Order Number and a Returns Code which you can get by sending us an email. This will facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

Terms and Conditions:

If you would like to return a product bought on our store you must notify us, via email or written letter, within 14 working days of receiving the items and items must be returned to us within 5 days of notifying us of your intent to return. As we are not a manufacturer, items must be returned in the condition they were sent and must include all parts including having the original tags attached to be eligible for the refund. Packages must not be torn and sealed packages must not be opened.

For health and hygiene reasons, items must not have been worn other than to briefly try on indoors and must not smell of perfume, smoke, your pet or any other odors. Items must not have been washed or have pet hair or urine on them. In other words, if we cannot safely resell an item as new, we cannot accept the item as a return.

Products that are received outside the returns period will be eligible for a credit note, subject to receiving the goods within 30 days of order being received.

Returned goods that we receive which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is In Dispute and we are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, at your cost, otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days from their receipt back to us. Perishable items such as food is not eligible to be returned.

Shipping and packaging costs both to and from us will remain the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be only for the purchase price of the products. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we cannot be held responsible for unregistered packages lost by a third party shipper.

Please allow up to 14 Working days for refunds to be processed. All returns must be accompanied with the purchasers Name, Address, Order Number and A Returns Code which you can get by contacting us, to facilitate us to process your refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
